Relationships can be one of life's greatest sources of connection, joy, and personal growth. They can also be one of life's greatest challenges. Every relationship experiences seasons of change, and even the healthiest couples may encounter periods where communication becomes difficult, trust is tested, or life circumstances begin placing strain on the relationship.
At I AM MOORE, LLC, we believe that healthy relationships require intentionality, openness, and a willingness to grow together. Our practice provides a supportive environment for couples across every stage of their relationship, including dating, engagement, marriage, long-term committed partnerships, and periods of significant transition. We help couples strengthen their relationships, deepen their connection, and move toward the future they envision together. Our approach is not simply about resolving conflict. It is about helping couples build stronger relationships, deepen emotional connection, and create healthier patterns that support long-term relational wellness. |

Every Relationship Is DifferentNo two relationships are exactly alike. Some couples seek therapy during times of crisis, while others view counseling as a proactive investment in their relationship.
Couples seek therapy for a variety of reasons, including but not limited to rebuilding trust, improving communication, preparing for marriage, navigating parenthood, and strengthening intimacy. Therapy provides couples with a dedicated space to strengthen communication, deepen emotional connection, navigate life's challenges together, and build a healthier, more resilient relationship. |
Our Approach
Every relationship has its own history, strengths, values, and goals. Rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach, we seek to understand each couple's unique story and tailor therapy to their specific needs.
As marriage and family therapists, we view relationships through a systemic lens. We recognize that communication patterns, family experiences, culture, work, parenting, health, and life transitions all shape the health and functioning of a relationship. Our role is to help couples gain deeper insight into these influences while strengthening communication, deepening emotional connection, navigating conflict more effectively, and building a relationship that reflects their shared values and vision for the future.
Our commitment is to help couples create meaningful, lasting, and sustainable change that strengthens their relationship long after therapy has ended.
