Clinical Approach
J'haria's clinical approach integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), combining evidence-based techniques from both frameworks. J'haria is a doctoral student who employs CBT strategies to identify and modify negative thought patterns and behaviors, promoting cognitive restructuring and skill-building. Concurrently, she utilizes SFBT's strengths-based perspective to collaboratively explore clients' goals and amplify existing resources, fostering rapid problem resolution and empowerment.
