Supporting Active-Duty Service Members, Veterans, Military Couples, and Military Families
|
Military life is unlike any other profession. It is built upon service, sacrifice, resilience, and commitment. While military service can be deeply meaningful, it can also present unique personal, relational, and professional challenges that extend beyond the individual service member.
At I AM MOORE, LLC, we recognize that military service often impacts the entire family system. Active-duty service members, veterans, military spouses, partners, and children frequently navigate deployments, reintegration, frequent relocations, changing roles, career transitions, and the emotional demands that accompany military life. Our practice is informed by both professional experience and a personal understanding of military culture. We strive to provide thoughtful, culturally responsive care that honors the unique experiences of military service while supporting the personal well-being, relationships, and life transitions of those we serve. |

Our Approach
Military culture values service, responsibility, adaptability, leadership, and resilience. While these strengths often help military members and their families navigate demanding situations, they can also create unique emotional and relational challenges that are not always understood by those outside the military community.
At I AM MOORE, LLC, we take a collaborative, culturally responsive, trauma-informed, and systemic approach to therapy. Rather than focusing solely on symptoms, we consider the broader context of military life, including relationships, family dynamics, leadership responsibilities, identity, career demands, deployments, transitions, and life after military service.
We recognize that stress is often shaped not only by individual experiences but also by the systems, expectations, and responsibilities that accompany military life.
