At I AM MOORE, LLC, we believe in transparent pricing so you can make informed decisions about your care. Fees vary by provider, service, insurance participation, and state of licensure. Please review the information below to determine the option that best meets your needs.

• Diagnostic Session (50 minutes) - $250
• Individual Therapy (50 minutes) - $200
• Couples Therapy (50 minutes) - $200
• Family Therapy (50 minutes)  - $225*

*Additional fees may apply depending on the number of family members participating.

Insurance

• Blue Cross Blue Shield (Georgia only)
• Cigna (Georgia only)
• Aetna (Georgia only)
• Limited Employee Assistance Program (EAP) participation in Georgia
• Insurance may be used for individual therapy only
• Insurance is not accepted for couples or family therapy
• Insurance is not accepted for services provided outside of Georgia
• Superbills are available upon request for eligible out of network reimbursement

Provider Roles and Licensure

At I AM MOORE, LLC, we are committed to providing high quality care while supporting the development of the next generation of mental health professionals. Our practice may include fully licensed therapists, associate level therapists, post graduate clinicians, and student interns, depending on availability.
Clinicians who are not fully licensed practice under the supervision of a fully licensed therapist and AAMFT Approved Supervisor in accordance with applicable state licensing regulations and professional standards.
Provider rates reflect differences in licensure, experience, supervision requirements, and scope of practice.

Payment Policies

• Payment for diagnostic appointments is due in advance unless otherwise stated.
• Payment for therapy sessions is due at the time of service.
• Rates and provider availability are subject to change.
• A minimum of 48 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Late cancellations and missed appointments are charged the full session fee. 

Good Faith Estimate

Under the No Surprises Act, clients who are uninsured or choosing not to use insurance have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate of the expected cost of services.

A Good Faith Estimate will be provided during the intake process and is available upon request.

Medicare

At this time, I AM MOORE, LLC does not participate with Medicare.
