Therapy Rates

I AM MOORE, LLC offers a combination of private-pay services and limited insurance-based services, depending on the provider, service type, and state of licensure. Please review the information below carefully to understand the services and payment options available.

Darren D. Moore, PhD, MPH, MAEd, LMFT, AAMFT Approved Supervisor

Role: Owner, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist

Fees

• Diagnostic Session: $300
• Individual Therapy: $225 (50-minute session)
• Couples Therapy: $250 (50-minute session)
• Family Therapy: $275 (50-minute session)

Insurance

• Accepts BCBS, Cigna, and Aetna in Georgia only
• Insurance may be used for individual therapy only
• Insurance is NOT accepted for couples or marital therapy
• Accepts a limited number of EAPs in Georgia
• Insurance is NOT accepted for services provided in other licensed states

Superbills are available for out-of-network services upon request

Katie Ross, MA, LAMFT

Role: Therapy Resident, Licensed Associate Marriage and Family Therapist

Fees

• Diagnostic Session: $200
• Individual Therapy: $125 (50-minute session)
• Couples Therapy: $150 (50-minute session)
• Family Therapy: $175 (50-minute session)

Insurance

• Insurance may be used for individual therapy only
• Insurance is not accepted for couples or marital therapy

Accessibility & Care Options

As a practice, we aim to offer services across multiple price points while maintaining the quality, sustainability, and integrity of care.
To support broader access:

• A limited number of reduced-fee or alternative-rate options may be available on a case-by-case basis, depending on provider availability.
  
• A limited number of clients are accepted through select community partnerships, which are based on referrals and are subject to availability. 

Provider Roles & Licensure

At I AM MOORE, LLC, we work with clinicians at various stages of professional development. This may include fully licensed therapists, associate-level therapists, and individuals in route to licensure, such as post-graduate clinicians or student interns. All clinicians who are not fully licensed practice under the supervision of a fully licensed therapist and approved clinical supervisor, in accordance with state licensing regulations and professional standards. Rates reflect differences in provider role, scope of practice, licensure requirements, and experience. All services are provided within professional, ethical, and regulatory standards of care.

Payment & Policies

• Payment is due in advance for diagnostic appointments unless otherwise stated
• Payment is due at the time of service for regular sessions (payment may be processed before the appointment or shortly after your appointment).
• Rates and availability are subject to change
• Cancellations require a 48 hour notice or individual is responsible for full session rate​

No Surprises Act: Good Faith Estimate

Clients who are uninsured or not using insurance are entitled to receive a Good Faith Estimate of expected charges under the No Surprises Act. A Good Faith Estimate will be provided as part of the intake process and upon additional request. We do not

We do not accept Medicare in our practice.
