About The Practice
At I AM MOORE, our mission is to empower individuals to embrace resilience and self-affirmation, transcending their past struggles and realizing their full potential. Through compassionate support and guidance, we foster a culture of growth, healing, and self-discovery, equipping each person with the tools and mindset needed to thrive in the face of life's challenges.
Our Work
Our work is grounded in the understanding that mental health does not exist in isolation. People are shaped by relationships, roles, expectations, culture, power dynamics, and the systems they move through—families, workplaces, academic institutions, legal systems, and communities. We approach care with an appreciation for this complexity.
The practice was built to serve individuals who often carry a great deal—emotionally, relationally, and professionally. Many of our clients are navigating leadership roles, high-pressure environments, identity stress, burnout, trauma, or major life transitions. Others seek support during pivotal relational or family moments. We offer a space that is thoughtful, confidential, and attuned to both emotional experience and real-world context.
Our clinicians work from a systems-oriented, culturally responsive framework. We value collaboration, clarity, and respect for each client’s lived experience. Therapy is not approached as a one-size-fits-all process, but as a tailored partnership that considers the full picture of a person’s life.
In addition to therapy, I AM MOORE, LLC provides clinical evaluations and professional consultation for legal systems, workplaces, academic institutions, and organizations. These services are approached with the same care, rigor, and ethical grounding that inform our clinical work.
At its core, the practice is committed to providing meaningful, grounded support—whether someone is seeking healing, clarity, transition, or professional guidance.
